1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials;
Show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse;
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase or an order number.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@Chuanshuohk.com.

Please provide:

Your order number;
The item(s) you wish to return;
The reason for the return;
Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

After your request has been reviewed, our customer service team will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another size, color, or available product, please contact us at support@Chuanshuohk.com.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or an appropriate refund.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and relevant issue.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Where the issue is confirmed to have been caused by CHUANSHUO, reasonable return or replacement shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, customization, or product-specific reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items may include:

Personalized or customized products;
Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
Products without their original packaging, tags, or accessories;
Personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used;
Items specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns resulting from a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not caused by CHUANSHUO, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by CHUANSHUO or a refund of such charges is otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

CHUANSHUO cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost before being received by us.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your return request.

If approved, your refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

8. Order Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure may apply.

The appropriate return address may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Unauthorized returns may cause delays in processing your return or refund.
